Terms of Service — AdWallet Pro

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AdWallet Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

AdWallet Pro is a wallet-based top-up and ad account management platform. We do not process card payments; top-ups are receipt-based (bank transfer, NPSB, or mobile financial services to bank), verified manually or via automated checks before your wallet is credited.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including payment screenshots and reference numbers. Submitting fraudulent or manipulated payment evidence may result in account suspension.

4. Wallet Balance and Refunds

Wallet balances are denominated in BDT. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review by our support team.

5. Ad Platform Terms

Your use of connected Meta or TikTok ad accounts remains subject to those platforms' own terms of service. AdWallet Pro does not create or modify ad platform assets without your explicit, authenticated consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

AdWallet Pro is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
